Gillespie Bass Club

During the November meeting, the Gillespie Bass Club made nominations for officer positions and for the board of the directors. They are as follows:

We will be voting during the December meeting.

On October 12, 2008, the Gillespie Bass Club held their final tournament of the season. The club headed back to Carlinville Lake to compete in the classic. The classic or Top Ten tournament is a qualifying tournament where only the top ten anglers in points at the end of the year get to compete. The winners are as follows:

1st, Marty Derganc, 5 fish, 10.08 lbs.
2nd, Mike Grejtak, 4 fish, 8.63 lbs.
3rd, Glenn Fulton, 4 fish, 7.39 lbs.
Big Bass, Lonnie Gerdes, 4.64 lbs.
